The Forester Value Fund's primary objective is to seek out and invest in the common shares of substantial U.S. corporations that are currently undervalued and offer considerable long-term growth prospects. A core component of its strategy involves directing a minimum of 65% of its net assets—as measured by market value at the time of purchase—into equity securities of large companies with market capitalizations exceeding $5.0 billion. The fund maintains the flexibility to adjust its sector allocations, which may result in a different industry weighting compared to the S&P 500 index. Additionally, it has the capacity to engage with stock index options.
