This ETF functions as a passively managed fund, aiming to closely mirror the total return (both capital appreciation and income) of the Value Line Dividend Index, before accounting for any fees or expenses. To achieve this, the Fund's core investment policy dictates that at least 90% of its net assets will be invested in the ordinary shares and depositary receipts that comprise the Index. It also has the flexibility to acquire different types of depositary receipts, such as American, Global, or European Depositary Receipts, representing Index constituents in situations where direct investment in a particular security of the Index is not practical.
