The Invesco Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF Acc aims to replicate the net total return performance of the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index, net of fees. This benchmark index is designed to track the performance of companies globally that are pioneering technologies for the generation and utilization of cleaner energy, promoting energy conservation, enhancing efficiency, and advancing renewable energy. Each security within the index is equally weighted and its composition is reviewed and adjusted quarterly. The index primarily comprises firms active in wind, solar, biofuels, hydro, wave, tidal, and geothermal energy, alongside those involved in energy conversion, storage, conservation, efficiency, associated materials, carbon and greenhouse gas mitigation, pollution control, and emerging hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. Eligibility for inclusion also mandates that securities meet specific liquidity and tradability standards. The fund endeavors to achieve its objective by acquiring and holding, to the greatest extent practicable, all securities of the Reference Index in their respective proportions. It seeks to realign its holdings whenever the Reference Index undergoes rebalancing. This ETF is managed passively. An investment in this fund represents the purchase of units in a passively managed, index-tracking instrument, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets.
