This passively managed fund aims to deliver long-term capital growth by closely mirroring the performance of the Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta Emerging Markets Equity Index Net Total Return (the “Index”), before factoring in fees and expenses. It achieves this objective through full physical replication, investing directly in all the Index's constituent securities in proportions corresponding to their weighting. These underlying securities are stocks of companies that are primarily based in, or generate the majority of their revenues or profits from, emerging markets.
