This fund commits at least 80% of its net assets to the stock of companies identified as small-capitalization at the time of purchase. Its principal strategy is to invest in common shares of businesses that the Advisor expects to demonstrate accelerated revenue growth and earn profits at a rate exceeding the average. Currently, the Advisor classifies small-cap companies for this fund as those with a total market valuation of $3 billion or less for their common stock when the investment occurs.
