The Lazard Global Equity Select Portfolio Open Shares primarily allocates its capital to equity securities, particularly common stocks. The Investment Manager seeks out companies that exhibit either robust financial productivity or demonstrate an improving trend in this area, and whose market valuation appears discounted when assessed against their earnings, cash flow, or underlying asset values. A substantial portion of the portfolio, specifically at least 80% of its total assets, is committed to these equity investments. The fund also has the flexibility to invest in non-U.S. companies, including those whose principal business activities are centered in emerging market nations.
