Description

The fund's primary objective is to achieve significant long-term capital appreciation, mainly by investing in common stocks. Typically, a minimum of 80% of its portfolio will be dedicated to the equity holdings of companies whose market capitalization, at the point of acquisition, aligns with the size range of firms found within the Russell MidCap® Value Index. The fund also has the flexibility to allocate a portion of its assets to international equities from foreign companies that are traded on U.S. exchanges, including instruments like American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).
