Its operations are divided into three main business segments: Wholesale, Gasoline Distribution and Station Operations (GDSO), and Commercial. The Wholesale division supplies both branded and unbranded gasoline, gasoline blend components, and diesel fuel to various wholesale distributors. Under the GDSO segment, the company provides branded and unbranded gasoline directly to service station operators and sub-jobbers. The Commercial segment focuses on delivering unbranded gasoline, home heating oil, diesel, kerosene, residual oil, bunker fuel, and natural gas to final consumers, specifically large commercial and industrial clients, as well as those in the public sector. Established in March 2005, the firm maintains its corporate headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts.
