Description

The fund aims to deploy a minimum of 80% of its total investment capital (which includes its net assets and any borrowed funds used for investment, assessed at the time of acquisition) into a diverse collection of equity securities. These holdings primarily consist of small-capitalization U.S. companies, but may also include shares of foreign issuers that are traded on U.S. exchanges.
