The Glenmede Small Cap Equity Portfolio typically allocates a significant portion – a minimum of 80% – of its total net assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes) towards equity-based securities. These primarily consist of common and preferred shares issued by U.S.-domiciled small-capitalization companies that the Advisor identifies as undervalued. A 'small-cap company' is defined by its market capitalization at the moment of acquisition, which must fall within the range of any single stock comprising the Russell 2000® Index at the time of its most recent rebalancing.
