This fund aims for significant long-term growth of capital. It typically allocates its investments to common equities, instruments convertible into shares, and other equity-related securities of companies classified as "midsize." For the fund's investment strategy, "midsize" refers to businesses with a market capitalization ranging from $500 million to $50 billion. Under normal market conditions, a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including funds borrowed for investment) will be held in these mid-capitalization securities.
