The Gotham Large Value Institutional fund aims to generate a total return that exceeds the S&P 500® Index. This performance objective is measured across a complete market cycle, which includes both upward-trending (bull) and downward-trending (bear) market periods. The fund primarily invests in the common shares of U.S. companies that are constituents of the S&P 500® Index, though it retains the flexibility to invest in other large-capitalization American firms, typically chosen from the 500 to 700 largest U.S. corporations by market value.
