The Commercial Banking segment delivers specialized financial services to a diverse clientele, such as middle-market companies, government and public sector entities, and commercial real estate developers or REITs. It also extends tailored banking solutions to specific industries like healthcare, technology, telecommunications, franchise finance, sponsor finance, and global services. Further offerings within this segment include asset financing, capital formation strategies, sales and trading capabilities, corporate risk management tools, institutional banking support, and extensive treasury management services. The Vehicle Finance division arranges funding for consumers purchasing automobiles, light-duty trucks, recreational vehicles, and marine craft via franchised and other approved dealerships. It also supplies inventory financing to franchised dealerships for acquiring both new and pre-owned stock.
