The Invesco EURO STOXX High Dividend Low Volatility UCITS ETF Dist endeavors to replicate the net total return performance of its benchmark, the EURO iSTOXX High Dividend Low Volatility 50 Index, after accounting for all operational expenses. Dividends are paid out to investors on a quarterly schedule. The underlying index constructs its portfolio through a multi-step process. It first evaluates all companies within the broader EURO STOXX Index based on their 12-month historical volatility and dividend yield. Securities are then ranked by their trailing 12-month dividend yield in descending order, selecting the top 75, with a limit of 10 companies from any single country. From this filtered list, eligible securities are subsequently ranked by their 12-month historical volatility in ascending order, with the 50 lowest-volatility stocks chosen for inclusion. These index components are weighted proportionate to their 12-month historical dividend yield, subject to a 3% cap per individual holding. To fulfill its investment objective, the ETF utilizes a full physical replication strategy, aiming to directly acquire and hold, as closely as feasible, all the benchmark index's securities in their established proportions. Its portfolio is rebalanced in alignment with any adjustments made to the underlying index. As a passively managed, index-tracking investment vehicle, an investment in this fund represents ownership of its units, not direct ownership of the specific assets it holds.
