Ordinarily, the Hodges Small Cap Fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (inclusive of any borrowed funds for investment) to equity securities issued by small-capitalization (small-cap) companies. The fund's adviser determines a company to be small-cap if its market capitalization, at the time of acquisition, aligns with the range typically represented by businesses in the Russell 2000® Index.
