Description

Under typical circumstances, the fund aims to dedicate at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowed funds used for investment, to equity securities. These equity holdings will primarily consist of common stocks, though the portfolio may also include shares of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and interests in master limited partnerships (MLPs). While the fund has the flexibility to invest in companies across the entire spectrum of market capitalizations, the Adviser generally expects to concentrate the majority of the fund's assets in mid- and large-sized companies.
