Description

The fund primarily allocates capital to common stocks of smaller companies. These enterprises are identified by market capitalizations lower than the largest constituents of the Russell 2000® Value Index. A substantial part of its portfolio may also be directed towards micro-capitalization securities, typically those with a market valuation under $500 million at the point of acquisition.
