Under normal market conditions, this fund primarily allocates its capital to equity securities issued by smaller U.S. companies. A minimum of 80% of its total assets are specifically committed to shares of small-capitalization companies based in the United States. While focusing on small caps, the portfolio also maintains the flexibility to invest in micro-, mid-, and large-capitalization firms. Its investment universe may include both common and preferred stocks, in addition to over-the-counter (OTC) securities.
