The fund typically aims to meet its investment goals by allocating a minimum of 80% of its total capital to equity securities. Its primary focus is on the shares of companies with market valuations exceeding $2 billion. A key condition for any stock acquired is that it must either currently pay a dividend or be expected to do so within the following 12 months at the time of investment.
