Its portfolio is predominantly composed of equity instruments, specifically common and preferred shares, issued by American corporations. It strategically targets businesses with market valuations of at least $1 billion at the time of acquisition, which the sub-advisor identifies as possessing superior growth potential. For its mid-cap and large-cap allocations, the sub-advisor seeks out firms anticipated to deliver consistently high or accelerating earnings growth.
