Description

The Harbor Large Cap Value Fund chiefly allocates its capital to equity instruments, specifically common and preferred shares issued by well-established, large-capitalization companies. Under typical market conditions, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets, along with any investment-related borrowings, to securities of large-cap firms. The Subadviser's strategy centers on identifying high-quality businesses that appear undervalued by the market when compared to what the Subadviser considers to be their true intrinsic value. Additionally, the fund has the discretion to invest up to 20% of its total assets in international securities, which can include companies based in or conducting business within developing economies.
