Description

This ETF is structured to commit a minimum of 80% of its capital to the constituent securities of its underlying index. Moreover, at least 90% of its portfolio will consist of U.S. Treasury securities specifically chosen by BFA for their expected ability to mirror the index's performance. The benchmark index itself is composed of publicly offered U.S. Treasury bonds, each with a scheduled maturity date falling within the period of January 1, 2024, to December 15, 2024, inclusive. This fund operates as a non-diversified investment vehicle.
