This fund primarily allocates its capital to the equities of sizable, mature enterprises headquartered internationally, encompassing those within dynamic emerging and developing economies. These companies are selected based on the investment advisor's assessment of their potential for both capital appreciation and/or consistent dividend payouts. The advisor aims to commit a minimum of 90% of the fund's total assets to securities predominantly traded on overseas exchanges, as well as to highly liquid instruments like cash and cash equivalents, and specific U.S.-issued securities held as collateral.
