Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited (ISGEC.NS), a global heavy engineering enterprise incorporated in 1933 and headquartered in Noida, India, operates across two core segments: the manufacturing of machinery and equipment, and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services. Within its manufacturing segment, Isgec produces a variety of critical industrial components. These include essential process equipment such as reactors, pressure vessels, high-pressure shell and tube heat exchangers, and on-site fabricated columns. The company boasts a diverse portfolio of boilers designed for various fuel sources like solid fuels, biomass, bagasse, oil/gas, blast furnace gas, waste-to-energy, and heat recovery. Complementing these, it provides associated auxiliary systems, including advanced air pollution control equipment, bag filters, SCR/SNCR systems, flue gas desulphurization units, and deaerators. Beyond manufacturing, Isgec offers comprehensive field services. Further manufacturing capabilities extend to complete sugar plants and machinery, covering mills, diffusers, process house equipment, sugar refineries, and turnkey distillery plants, along with spares and retrofits. It also manufactures various presses, including mechanical and hydraulic straight-sided, mechanical gap and ring frame, and servo presses. Its casting division produces steel castings for turbines (steam, gas, hydro), valves, pumps, mining, crushing, and general engineering applications, in addition to iron castings. The company also directly manufactures and markets sugar and its by-products. Isgec serves a vast array of industries globally, such as power generation, fertilizers, sugar and distilleries, oil and gas, petrochemicals, automobile components, steel, defense, cement, chemicals, railways, space, and port sectors.
