This fund primarily allocates capital to common stocks of non-U.S. companies, including those situated in developing economies. It maintains a flexible investment approach, with no inherent restrictions regarding market capitalization, investment style, or industry sector, and is authorized to invest in any country outside its domestic market. While the fund's potential equity universe is expansive, the portfolio manager's current strategy leans towards concentrating investments in companies with medium to large market values, distributed across a diverse array of economic sectors and international regions. Typically, under normal operating conditions, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be committed to equity holdings.
