This exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to replicate the financial performance of an underlying index. This index is comprised of publicly traded real estate companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) based in advanced economies, with the sole exception of Greece. Furthermore, the selection of these companies for the index is contingent upon them fulfilling specific dividend yield requirements.
