The Janus Henderson Venture Fund Class D seeks to maximize capital growth for its shareholders. To achieve this objective, the fund primarily allocates at least half (50%) of its stock portfolio to smaller, emerging companies. It also has the option to invest in larger corporations exhibiting significant potential for expansion. The management defines "small-sized companies" as those with a market value within the range of firms listed in the Russell 2000® Growth Index when they are initially purchased.
