This fund primarily allocates at least 80% of its total assets, including any capital leveraged for investment, to fixed-income securities. Its bond holdings are diverse, potentially encompassing government and corporate debt, commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities, various asset-backed securities, credit risk transfer (CRT) instruments, and money market instruments. A substantial portion, specifically no less than 65% of its net assets, is directed toward investment-grade debt. The fund also caps its allocation to high-yield or "junk" bonds, limiting such higher-risk investments to a maximum of 35% of its net assets.
