This fund focuses primarily on international investments, dedicating at least 80% of its total assets (including any borrowed funds) to securities issued by companies located outside the United States. While its typical portfolio holds between 30 and 50 non-U.S. stocks diversified across various countries, the fund retains the ability, under specific extraordinary conditions, to significantly concentrate its holdings, potentially investing most or all assets in a single nation. A smaller portion, up to 20% of its net assets as determined at the time of purchase, may be allocated to U.S.-based companies.
