The fund primarily allocates its investments to equity securities, committing a minimum of 80% of its assets to stocks. While its main focus is on common stocks issued by large and medium-sized U.S. companies, it also has the flexibility to invest up to one-fifth of its portfolio in foreign company common stocks, which can include depositary receipts.
