Description

The Invesco KBW High Dividend Yield Financial ETF (the Fund) aims to replicate the investment results of the KBW Nasdaq Financial Sector Dividend Yield Index (the Index). To achieve this, the Fund typically allocates a minimum of 90% of its total assets to publicly traded U.S. financial companies that offer robust dividend yields and are included in the underlying Index. Keefe Bruyette & Woods, Inc., also known as "KBW Nasdaq" or "the Index Provider," is responsible for the compilation, maintenance, and calculation of the Index. This Index is a modified-dividend yield-weighted benchmark comprising entities predominantly involved in the provision of financial services and products, as defined by the Index Provider. Both the Fund's portfolio and the Index are subject to quarterly rebalancing and reconstitution.
