This Amundi UCITS ETF is designed to mirror the performance of the Solactive Green Bond EUR USD IG Index. This benchmark consists of investment-grade green bonds, denominated in Euros and US Dollars, issued by a diverse range of entities including national governments, international organizations, development finance institutions, and private corporations. To efficiently manage foreign exchange risk, the Euro-hedged share class incorporates a straightforward monthly currency hedging strategy. Green bonds are debt instruments where the capital raised is exclusively allocated to environmentally beneficial projects, particularly those addressing climate change through mitigation or adaptation initiatives. The eligibility criteria for these bonds, and thus their inclusion in the index, are established by the Climate Bonds Initiative, an independent non-profit organization dedicated to advancing investments that support a low-carbon and climate-resilient global economy. Comprehensive information regarding the index's methodology is available on www.solactive.com. As with all Amundi ETFs, this fund offers investors an efficient, transparent, liquid, and cost-effective means of gaining exposure to its underlying benchmark.
