This diversified investment product commits all of its deployable capital to the Multi-Disciplinary Income Portfolio, which is a distinct series within the Kinetics Portfolios Trust. The underlying portfolio employs a two-pronged investment methodology, comprising both fixed-income instruments—including fixed-income exchange-traded funds (ETFs)—and various derivative instruments. Ordinarily, a minimum of 65% of the fund's net assets will be allocated to fixed-income securities, derivatives, and cash or cash equivalents designated as collateral for written option contracts.
