The WisdomTree Coffee 2x Daily Leveraged is a fully secured Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that aims to provide investors with magnified exposure to the coffee market. Its investment objective is to deliver a total daily return equivalent to twice the performance of the Bloomberg Coffee Sub Excess Return Index (BCOMKC). This return also incorporates any net interest income earned, after deducting the product's associated fees and costs. To illustrate this daily leverage: if the BCOMKC index increases by 1% in a single day, the ETC is designed to rise by 2%, before considering fees. Conversely, a 1% decline in the index over the same period would lead to a 2% drop in the ETC's value, again prior to fees.
