Description

The primary objective of this fund is to allocate a minimum of 80% of its total investment capital, including any borrowed funds, to the equity holdings of smaller businesses. This encompasses various types of shares, such as preferred stock, warrants, securities convertible into common or preferred shares, and other interests akin to company ownership. Currently, the fund's manager designates a company as "small-cap" if its market value aligns with the range of the Russell 2000® Index – a benchmark that tracks the 2,000 smallest publicly traded U.S. companies – or if its market capitalization is $3 billion or less at the point of investment.
