This fund primarily invests in the common stock of companies operating within the healthcare, medical, or life sciences fields. These businesses are typically involved in the research, development, manufacturing, or distribution of related products and services. Under normal market conditions, a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets will be dedicated to equity investments in such health science enterprises. While the portfolio's main emphasis is on U.S. company common stocks, it retains the option to a lesser degree to include equity REITs, foreign company shares, and American Depositary Receipts, provided these investments meet the fund's established criteria.
