The fund aims to fulfill its investment objective primarily by constructing a varied portfolio of dividend-paying equity securities and through the sale of exchange-listed options. Its domestic stock investments are predominantly in companies with large and mid-sized market capitalizations. The Adviser's strategy, which centers on these large- and mid-cap total return-focused stocks and maintains an equity allocation target of 45-55% of total assets, could, however, prevent the fund from fully participating in periods of significant stock market growth.
