This Invesco ETF (Invesco MSCI China Technology All Shares Stock Connect UCITS ETF Acc) aims to replicate the net total return of its benchmark, the MSCI China Technology All Shares Stock Connect Select Index (referred to as the "Reference Index"), after accounting for management fees. The Reference Index is designed to capture the performance of Chinese enterprises that generate a substantial portion of their income from technological innovations across various sectors. These areas include internet services, digital transformation, mobile technology, autonomous systems, industrial automation, and digital healthcare. To achieve this, a "relevance score" is attributed to each stock within the broader MSCI China All Shares Stock Connect Index, quantifying the percentage of its revenues derived from these tech-focused activities. Companies with a relevance score of 25% or less, along with the least liquid securities, are filtered out. The final index then comprises the 100 largest remaining companies, with their weighting determined by multiplying their individual relevance score by their free-float market capitalization. To mitigate concentration risk, no single issuer is permitted to exceed 10% of the Reference Index's total value. The fund endeavors to fulfill its objective by, as far as practicable, acquiring and holding all the securities of the Reference Index in their correct proportions. The portfolio is adjusted twice annually, mirroring the Reference Index's semi-annual rebalancing schedule. This ETF operates as a passively managed, index-tracking vehicle. Investors should understand that purchasing this fund constitutes an acquisition of its units, not direct ownership of the underlying assets held within the fund.
