This Invesco ETF endeavors to deliver the net total return of the MSCI China Technology All Shares Stock Connect Select Index (referred to as the "Benchmark Index"), accounting for all associated fees. The Benchmark Index tracks Chinese enterprises that derive a substantial portion of their earnings from advancements in technological innovation, specifically in areas such as digital connectivity, autonomous systems, mobile technology, industrial automation, and digital healthcare solutions. To achieve this, a "relevance metric" is assigned to each stock within the broader MSCI China All Shares Stock Connect Index, quantifying the percentage of its revenue generated from these specified business activities. Companies with a relevance metric of 25% or less are excluded, as are those deemed to have insufficient liquidity. From the remaining pool, the 100 largest firms are chosen for inclusion in the final Benchmark Index. Their individual weightings are determined by multiplying their relevance metric by their free-float market capitalization. To manage concentration risk, no single issuer can constitute more than 10% of the Benchmark Index. The fund aims to achieve its investment objective by physically holding, to the greatest extent practicable, all the securities comprising the Benchmark Index in their exact proportions. Its holdings will be adjusted in accordance with the Benchmark Index's semi-annual rebalancing schedule. This Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) operates with a passive management approach. An investment in this fund represents the purchase of units in a passively managed, index-tracking vehicle, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets it holds.
