This fund primarily targets investments in established, internationally-based companies, generally those with market capitalizations akin to firms listed in the MSCI All Country World ex USA Index. A substantial portion of its portfolio, typically 80% or more, is dedicated to securities issued by entities located outside the United States. Its holdings may encompass a variety of foreign equity investments, including those within emerging markets, and it also has the flexibility to invest in privately placed and restricted securities.
