Description

The Victory Integrity Discovery Fund Class C primarily seeks to generate significant capital growth for its investors. The fund's strategy involves committing at least 80% of its total assets to the stocks of micro-capitalization companies. These are specifically defined as firms whose market value, at the point of acquisition, is lower than that of the largest company within the bottom 75% (as determined by index weightings) of the Russell 2000® Index. Although the portfolio will predominantly hold domestic securities, it has the flexibility to invest up to a quarter of its assets in international markets, including through instruments like American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).
