This fund aims to provide investors with substantial capital appreciation over the long term. Its investment strategy mandates that at least 80% of its net assets, including any funds borrowed for investment, be allocated to securities issued by large-capitalization companies. For the purpose of this fund, the sub-adviser generally classifies "large-capitalization" companies as those possessing a market capitalization of at least approximately $3 billion at the time of purchase. The portfolio primarily concentrates its holdings in the common stocks of such large U.S.-based enterprises.
