Under typical market conditions, the Adviser seeks to fulfill its investment goals by predominantly investing in a worldwide selection of companies. This selection spans both mature, well-established firms and newer, growing enterprises, with their market valuations generally falling within the range of those found in the MSCI All Country World Index. Furthermore, during these normal market phases, the fund customarily dedicates a minimum of 40% of its overall assets to non-U.S. securities, unless the Adviser, at its discretion, concludes that market circumstances are not conducive.
