The NBI Liquid Alternatives ETF aims to deliver positive returns while exhibiting both reduced volatility and minimal correlation to global equity market performance. This investment objective is pursued consistently, regardless of overall market trends or prevailing economic conditions. To achieve this, the fund primarily engages in long and short positions on financial derivatives, which offer exposure to a diverse range of major global asset classes, including government bonds, foreign exchange, equities, and commodities. Although the use of derivatives can introduce leverage, the ETF's total leverage exposure will be capped at 300% of its net asset value under normal market circumstances.
