This fund primarily invests in the equity of major corporations that its management team identifies as being undervalued. To qualify as a "large capitalization" company for this portfolio, its market value must fall within the range of firms included in the S&P 500 Index at the time the investment is made. Under typical market conditions, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total holdings will be dedicated to these large-cap common stocks.
