The Nuveen Floating Rate Income Fund Class R6 primarily aims to deliver substantial current income to investors. While some capital appreciation may occur, it is considered a secondary objective. Under typical market conditions, the fund commits a significant portion—at least 80%—of its total investment capital (derived from its net assets combined with any borrowed funds) to securities that feature variable interest rates.
