WisdomTree Natural Gas is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that meets UCITS eligibility standards and is fully backed by collateral, offering investors comprehensive total return exposure to natural gas futures contracts. Its primary objective is to mirror the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Natural Gas Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMNG4T). This is accomplished by closely following the Bloomberg Natural Gas Sub Excess Return Index and incorporating any interest income, after accounting for all applicable product fees and expenses. Essentially, the ETC is designed to move in direct correlation with the index: if the Bloomberg Commodity Natural Gas Subindex 4W Total Return Index increases by 1% in a day, the ETC should also see a 1% gain (before fees). Conversely, a 1% decline in the index would typically result in a 1% fall for the ETC, again, prior to fees.
