This fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its overall assets (inclusive of any borrowed capital used for investment) to equity securities within the S&P 500 Index, convertible debt instruments exchangeable for S&P 500 stocks, or financial derivatives structured to replicate the index's performance or that of its individual elements. The portfolio manager proactively adjusts the quantity and proportion of these investments, aiming to both generate superior returns compared to the S&P 500 and mitigate the risk of underperforming the index over an extended period.
