This fund commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets to a diverse collection of common stocks. These investments primarily target major U.S. corporations, but can also include shares from international companies that are traded on American exchanges. For classification, large-capitalization companies are typically considered those whose market value, at the time of investment, aligns with the market capitalization range of the businesses found within the Russell 1000® Index.
