The fund primarily allocates capital to common stocks issued by companies based both within and outside the United States, with its holdings spanning a minimum of three different countries. It maintains a concentrated portfolio, typically comprising around twenty securities, though it may hold as few as twelve. A significant portion, at least 40% of its total assets, is generally dedicated to non-U.S. companies; however, this allocation may be reduced to a minimum of 30% if the Adviser determines that international market conditions or valuations are less favorable. This investment vehicle is classified as non-diversified.
